The Interview Process
Please expect to remain at the Institute for a number of hours, during which time you will be involved in
1) a group interview 不是很重要
2)and a presentation 看个人风范,要自信,有教师范儿,英语口语佳
仅仅2-3分钟。
What makes a good secondary foreign languages lesson?
Please consider at least two of the following aspects in your presentation:
– to what extent should the target language be used?
– what is the role of grammar?
– why might culture be included in language lessons?
– in your opinion, what is the role of interaction?
You will be evaluated on how you interact with your audience, your communication and presentation skills and the content of your presentation (including reference made to reading).
3)You will also be interviewed individually.
简单的自我介绍。
你的外语学习经历。
你在目标与国家的学习或是生活经历。
学生为什么要学习外语?面临伦敦学校民族多样化,语言多样化,你怎么看?
什么是好老师?
(如果你有第二语言,问题是用法语的。不然,问题是由中文,和英文构成的)
4) 当然,还有邮件中没有提到的笔试。
a. 阅读 b.介词虚词之类的小品词填空c.改变阅读材料,并由阅读材料出题。d.英文写作:谈谈外语教学的重要性,好老师之类的比较概括性的问题。e.如果还有其他语种的话,还有一篇改错和写作。

**Please note you are also required to bring an academic reference with you if you have not already provided one with your UCAS application**
On the day of your interview, please bring to the Student Support Centre photocopies AND originals of the following documents:
· GCSE English language and Mathematics certificates (or equivalents)
· Degree certificate or official transcript
· Photo ID (e.g. driving licence / passport)
· Marriage Certificate or change of name documentation (if applicable)
We will keep the photocopies and only need to see the original documents.
